Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and assist them in their shopping experience by providing product information, styling advice, and answering any inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Sales Support: Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products. Achieve personal and store sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Merchandising: Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store’s presentation, including arranging merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean and inviting shopping space.
• Inventory Management: Help with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory. Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or concerns to management.
• Checkout Operations: Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash, credit card, and gift card transactions with care.
• Store Standards: Follow all store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment, sharing best practices and supporting coworkers as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or retail is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion, is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Good understanding of fashion trends and ability to provide styling assistance.
• Basic math skills and experience with cash register operations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
