Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a Retail Fashion Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our store’s success by overseeing daily operations, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and creating a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and growth.
• Sales Management: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store goals. Provide support to associates to enhance their selling skills.
• Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers receive high-quality service. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Visual Merchandising: Oversee the execution of visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment. Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing according to company guidelines.
• Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, conducting stock counts, and minimizing shrinkage. Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
• Operational Excellence: Support store management in daily operational activities, including scheduling, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or a related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Proficient in retail software and technology, with strong analytical skills to assess sales performance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current trends.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
